This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to provide all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove concrete gutters and re-establish ditch line in the Emergency Spillway located at William H. Harsha Lake, 2185 Slade Road, Batavia, OH. 45103. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications, drawings, and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 30 calendar days after the NTP. Per FAR 36.204, the estimated price range for this project w ill be betw een $100,000 and $250,000. One (1) firm-fixed price construction contract w ill be aw arded based on the low est priced quote. This project is set aside 100% for small business. One Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) award will be made from this Solicitation. NAICS 237990 / Size Standard $45,000,000. Please note that business size in SAM is determined by the NAICS code. If the vendor size is not listed correctly for a particular NAICS code in SAM the businsess w ill be considered other than a Small Business. Per FAR 52.228-13, Alternate Payment Protections, and FAR 28.102-1(b), only a Payment Bond or an Irrevocable Letter of Credit is required. A Performance Bond is not required. All contractors must be registered in the System for Aw ard Management (w w w .SAM.gov) prior to aw ard of a contract.
