The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to slip line 2 existing 60” culverts according to provided drawings and specifications on Dam and Lock Road (entrance road) at Green River Lock and Dam #1 5048 Dam and Lock Road, Reed, Kentucky 42451. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all fplanning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein.
