The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to Demolish the Existing Project Office and adjacent storage building at Nolin River Lake, located at 2150 Nolin Dam Rd. Bee Spring, KY. 42207. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, equipment and any applicable permits. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 120 calendar days after the NTP. Quotes are due on 15 Aug 2024 at 11:00 AM Eastern Time.
