This contract is to provide rental water pumping equipment for use by the Army Corps of Engineers tosupport the stilling basin de-watering at Barren River Lake in Glasgow, KY. The contractor shall provideall equipment and materials per the specifications below. All measurements provided are approximate. It's the contractor's responsibility to field verify. The contractor's work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all equipment meets the specification in the contract and complies with allapplicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations.All equipment, material, and accessories shall bein good working order, free from all defects or imperfections effecting performance. LOCATION:Delivery and pickup shall be to Barren River Lake Tailwater parking lot / Maintenance Compound, pleaseuse the following address: 235 Tailwater Road Scottsville, Kentucky 42164 In accordance with FAR 52.237-1, Offerors are urged and expected to inspect the site where services areto be performed and to satisfy themselves regarding all general and local conditions that may affect thecost of contract performance, to the extent that the information is reasonably obtainable. In no event shallfailure to inspect the site constitute grounds for a claim after contract award. This RFQ is 100% set-aside for Small Businesses under NAICS 532490; Size Standard: $40 million.One (1) firm fixed price contract will be made from this solicitation.
