The contractor shall provide all materials, equipment, and labor to replace the wood siding (approximately 2350 sq ft.) of the Project Office & Visitor Center, located at 544 Lake Road, Campbellsville KY 42718. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. ****Solicitation Amended to include**** "Information regarding the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers process for settling requests for equitable adjustments and duration goals to achieve definitization of equitable adjustments for change orders under construction contracts can be found by going to https://www.usace.army.mil/Business-With-Us/Partnering/ then clicking on “View FFP Contract Changes Playbook Here”. No changes will be made to the offeror due date. All quotes must acknowledge all amendments to be an acceptable quote. No other changes to the solicitation have been made with this amendment. ****Solicitation Amended to include**** A site visit is HIGHLY RECOMMENDED for the contractor to review the complexities of the work site, verify existing conditions, and exact measurements. Please contact John Houk at (270)-465-4463 to arrange a site visit. The deadline to submit questions to ProjNet is hereby extended to 03 June 2024. All questions will be answered by the Government by 05 June 2024. All quotes must acknowledge all amendments to be an acceptable quote. The offeror due date is hereby extended to 07 June 2024 at 12:00 PM ET.
