The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. LOCATION: 2591 K Street. Building 20254 Wright-Patterson AFB, OH 45433 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238320, Painting and Wall Covering Contractors —(Size Standard: $19 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation. One (1) firm fixed price award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Quotes are due on 29 March 2024 at 10:00AM Eastern Time. DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District intends to issue a solicitation (W912QR24Q0031) for a Total Small Business Set-Aside on the painting of Building 20254 at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base, Ohio. This is a Design/Bid/Build project for the preparation and painting of the exterior of Building 20254, excluding the approximately 37,800 SF, and incidental related work. Paint color is to match the existing addition EFIS facade. The Contract Duration is estimated at 120 calendar days from Contract Award. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This RFP will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 238320 - Painting and Wall Covering Contractors. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. SELECTION PROCESS: This is a Design/Bid/Build procurement, Simplified Acquisition Procedure.
