Amendment 0001 - issued to change the font size from a minimum of 11 to 10, remove the second paragraph of 2.5 in Section 00 22 16 and update wage determination CA20230018 from Rev 11 to 15.The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Louisville District intends to select one contractor for Design and Construction of a full facility renovation project for Parks, CA Reserve Forces Training Area (RFTA) Building 331, located in Alameda County. The design/build renovation project comprises a total of approximately 30,000 square feet. Required improvements will support the telecommunications Network Enterprise Center (NEC) and administrative Department of Public Works. It will include repair, replacement, or installation of interior walls, doors, flooring, windows, window frames and ceilings; structural modifications/strengthening; replacement/addition of plumbing fixtures, piping, and equipment; installation and/or replacement of mechanical equipment; replacement/installation of fire suppression sprinkler system, replacement/installation of the fire alarm system/mass notification system; installation of lighting and upgrade interior electrical service; replacement/installation of information systems; repair of exterior wall finish, repair of downspout/gutters, replace roofing, modify/replace exterior doors and door openings, and replace exterior signage; removal of lead based paint and asbestos as necessary; and connect to the Energy Monitoring and Control Systems. This project is a full facility renovation and will be designed and constructed to current Department of Army sustainable design standards. The work shall be completed within 660 calendar days after written Notice to Proceed.In accordance with FAR 36.204 and DFARS 236.204, the estimated magnitude of this construction project is: Between $10,000,000 and $25,000,000.
