The Contractor is required to provide all labor, equipment, supplies, and consultant services and all site investigations, surveys, analysis, sampling, testing and verification of existing field conditions as required for construction of the DoDEA IT Server Room HVAC/Electrical Project at Building 78, 77 Texas Avenue, FortCampbell, Kentucky to result in a complete and useable Facility. Work under this contract will begin within 10calendar days of Notice to Proceed (NTP) and complete within 120 calendar days after receiving the NTP.The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price Contract. The contract award will be based on LOW PRICE. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238220 This NAICS code shall be listed on the contractor?s SAM account prior to submitting a quote/proposal/bid.Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. The offeror shall complete the price breakout. The total evaluated price will be determined by adding the total of all line items from the price breakout schedule. The price will be reviewed by the Government for reasonableness and realism through the use of price analysis. Price will also be checked for unbalancing of line items. Offerors are cautioned to distribute costs appropriately. Award will not be made to offerors who do not provide reasonable and realistic prices for all line items listed in the price breakout schedule. Quotes are due as indicated in box 13 on the Standard Form 1442. Fax submittals will not be accepted.
