The PWS has been updated. Changes are highlighted in yellow. Upon award these highlights will be removed. b. The special instructions have been updated to clarify the basis of award is lowest total price (base plus options). c. Option 5 on the Price Breakout Schedule has been revised from 800 to 400 estimated hours. d. Clause FAR 52.219-30 has been added. e. Clause FAR 52.222-42 has been updated. f. No further questions will be addressed regarding this Request for Quote. g. The due date for quotes is now 02:00 PM Eastern on 12 May 2023. (END OF AMENDMENT) The Contractor will provide professional services as a Registered Nurse not to exceed 800 hours for a one-year period as directed by the government nurse in the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Occupational Health Unit, located in Louisville, Kentucky in the Ron Mazzoli Federal Building, Rm. 138. These medical services are for all government employees in the participating agencies and others in an emergency. The Contractor will work under the technical direction of the government nurse and under the administrative control of the Occupational Health and Safety Office, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District. Services will be performed on an as-needed basis for up to eight (8) hours per day. The hours are between 0630a and 1830p Eastern Time, Monday – Friday. Will observe Federal Holidays along with the day after Thanksgiving and the week between Christmas to New Year’s annually. This is a PRN (as needed) position. On average 2 shifts per weeks. Hours may vary.
