Please see attached amendment for details. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials to perform all operations necessary to furnish and deliver 28,000 pounds (approximately twelve (12) pallets) of Prime Western Grade zinc ingots per the specifications. All zinc shall be new and meet the specifications herein. All work is to be completed in accordance with these specifications, referenced drawings, Industry Standards, and any and all applicable codes, regulations and ordinances. This includes but is not limited to the Quality Control Testing & acceptance, part identification, and packaging. The Contractor shall deliver all the completed parts on pallets to JT Myers Locks and Dam.
