The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to video inspect entire toe drain, remove sediment between Manhole #1 and Manhole #2, and video inspect Manhole #1 and Manhole #2 after sediment removal. Prices should include mobilization and de-mobilization, fuel, labor, materials, and equipment. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State, and local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of Award and will conclude 60 calendar days after Award.
