This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity(IDIQ) Contract to provide Cleaning Services for Nolin River Lake, Kentucky. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform cleaning services at the Nolin Lake project, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The Base Year will be from 01 April 2023 through 31 March 2024. Note: This solicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to three (3) additional oneyear periods. The one-year option periods are as follows: Option Year 1: 01 April 2024 through 31 March 2025 Option Year 2: 01 April 2025 through 31 March 2026 Option Year 3: 01 April 2026 through 31 March 2027 One award will be made from this RFQ. The contract type is a Firm Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ). The Government guarantees to obtain not less than $3,393.60 in services for the base period only. There is no guaranteed minimum for the option periods, if exercised. This is a firm fixed price, 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561720 – Janitorial Services Note: The Contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Quotes will not be accepted for quantities less than the quantities specified in the price breakout schedule. Failure to submit a unit price for all items listed will be considered as a material deviation from the requirements of the RFQ and the quote will be rejected. Offerors should complete the price breakout schedule within this solicitation. Quotes are due on Friday, 31 March 2023 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Site Visit(s): Site visits must be arranged by scheduling an appointment with the TPOC. All offerors interested in visiting the site must attend the site visit at that scheduled time.
