This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity Contract to provide Mowing, Maintenance, Cleaning, and Herbicide Application Services for Cave Run Lake, Kentucky. The Contractor shall furnish all necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing and cleaning services at the Cave Run Lake project recreation and operational areas, as specified and in strict accordance with all Terms, Conditions, General, Specific and Technical Provisions, Drawings, Attachments, Exhibits, etc., contained herein or incorporated by reference. The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to ensure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The Base Year will be from date of award through 31 December 2023. Note: This solicitation contains an option clause to extend the awarded contract for up to two (2) additional one-year periods. The one-year option periods are as follows: Option Year 1: 01 January 2024 through 31 December 2024 Option Year 2: 01 January 2025 through 31 December 2025 This is a firm fixed price, 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730 – Landscaping Services. Note: The Contract award will be based on Lowest Price. Quotes are due on Wednesday, 12 April 2023 at 10:00 am Eastern Time. Electronic submittals will be accepted. You may submit your quote to Joel.Huberman@usace.army.mil. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Early submittals will be accepted. SITE VISITS HIGHLY ENCOURAGED. The scope of work contains the measurements and location of this project for reference. It is highly recommended each offeror attends a site visit. The contractor assumes responsibility for all quantities, materials, critical dimensions, and site conditions used to calculate their quote and perform the requested work. Site visits will be by appointment only.
