This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) to provide all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to remove all broken/flaking/chipped paint and repaint the underneath of the water control tower access bridge in accordance with the Scope of Work. The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. AMENDMENT 0001 addresses requests for information and the inclusion of project photos and drawing. The amendment must be signed and submitted with quotation by the contractor in order for quotation to be considered responsive.
