The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to Install a new 2500 Gallon Septic Tank and connect to existing lateral system. Once connected to lateral system, connect all existing inflows from present holding cells into the septic tank, at Newburgh Locks and Dam located at 6877 State RD 66 Newburgh, IN 47630. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material, and equipment. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws, regulations and required permits. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP.
