The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to construct a “Turn Key” split-face block restroom and sewage disposal system The requirement also includes an option to construct an additional “Turn Key” split-face block restroom and sewage disposal system on the opposite side of the pipe chase/mechanic. All materials and workmanship will be manufactured and accomplished according to industry standards and specifications. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude Not Later Than 31 March 2023. Payment Bonds or Irrevocable Letter of Credit will be required for this procurement.
