GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.” In this acquisition, the contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Uninterruptible Power Supply unit to the Air Force Research Lab (AFRL) located at Wright Patterson AFB in Dayton, OH, in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work. Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the statement of work. B. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office, located at 600 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Pl, Louisville, KY 40202, is seeking price quotes from SMALL BUSINESSES to perform the work described herein. Note: The solicitation will be available on the web only. Faxed, telephoned, or mailed requests for this solicitation will not be honored. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Contract completion/delivery date shall be on or before 15 January 2023. D. COMPETITION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to ELIGIBLE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 335999 – All Other Miscellaneous Electrical Equipment and Component Manufacturing, with a Small Business size standard of 500 EMPLOYEES.
