The contractor shall construct the Pole Barn in accordance with the Scope of Work incorporated within the Request for Quote (RFQ) W912QR22Q0097 attached to this notice. The estimated magnitude of construction is between $100,000 and $250,000. This procurement is 100% Set-Aside for Small Businesses under NAICS Code 236220 Commercial and Institutional Building Construction. Sze standard $39.5 MIllion. The basis for award is lowest price.
