This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to shall furnish all labor, materials, supplies, tools, and equipment to remove the current sagging 2x12 headers for the three 16-foot garage doors in the barn and replace them with header material capable to withstand the current roof loads at Caesar Creek Lake located in Waynesville, OH. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Quotes are due on 09 August 2022 at 10:00 AM Eastern Time. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238130. The size standard is $16.5M.
