PROJECT TITLE: NSWC Crane – Weather-Rite HVAC/RTU A. GOVERNMENT REQUIREMENT: This acquisition is pursuant to the provisions set forth by Part 12 of the Federal Acquisition Regulation, “Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services.” In this acquisition, the contractor shall supply and deliver one (1) Weather-Rite RTU to the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Crane Division (NSWC Crane) located in Crane, Indiana in accordance with the enclosed Statement of Work. Pricing shall include parts, materials, deliveries, and any incidentals to perform the entire work described in the statement of work. B. REQUEST FOR QUOTATIONS: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville District Office, located at 600 Dr Martin Luther King Jr Pl, Louisville, KY 40202, is seeking price quotes from SMALL BUSINESSES to perform the work described herein. Note: The solicitation will be available on the web only. Faxed, telephoned, or mailed requests for this solicitation will not be honored. PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: Duration is thirty (30) weeks from the date of award. D. COMPETITION: Competition for this acquisition is RESTRICTED to ELIGIBLE SMALL BUSINESS CONCERNS. The applicable Size Standard is North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 333415, with a Small Business size standard of 1,500 EMPLOYEES.
