The scope of work includes the removal and replacement of One (1) Linear GSLG-A-243 Vehicle Gate Operator, and to bring the Cantilever Slide Gate and Gate Safety Systems up to UL325 and ASTM F2200 standards. The contractor shall furnish all labor, tools, materials, equipment, equipment programming, ancillary equipment, minor parts, hardware, mounting brackets, J-boxes, connectors, fasteners, supplies, and consumables necessary to perform the requested services in accordance with contract specifications and requirements. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, administration, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements, National Electrical Code requirements, all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations, and equipment manufacturer’s recommendations. The contractor will test and verify that the newly installed equipment is working as intended in the presence of a government representative and/or an Electronic Security System Manager’s Office representative. Manufacturer names and part numbers listed in this Scope of Work or Price Breakout Schedule are for reference only. The contractor shall verify and provide the correct parts and components for all tasks included within this Scope of Work. The contractor shall provide a One (1) Year Warranty on the products and workmanship provided to fulfill the requirements of this contract.
