This request for quotes is for a Contractor to provide resident Contract Gate Attendants (camping couple or a group of interested individuals) to serve at Carr Creek Lake’s Littcarr Campground beginning with the upcoming recreation season. The Contractor shall provide all personnel, materials, supplies, parts, tools, equipment, and vehicles except as otherwise specified herein to perform these services. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. Period of Performance: Base: Date of Award through 30 September 2022 Option 1: 01 April 2023 through 30 September 2023 Option 2: 01 April 2024 through 30 September 2024 NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 561210. The size standard is $41,500,000 The solicitation will be available on the web only.
