The quotation due date and time remains unchanged. Amendment 0001 changes the date for the Site Visit from 10 January 2022 to 18 January 2022. No other changes are made. The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to remove existing generator, purchase an equivalent size generator, and install the newly purchased generator at C.J. Brown Dam and Reservoir located at 2630 Croft Road, Springfield, Ohio 45503. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 90 calendar days after the NTP.
