Contractor shall provide Hazardous Tree Removal at Rough River Lake. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 14 calendar days from date of award and will conclude 90 calendar days after date of award.
