This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for an Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to provide necessary management, personnel, materials, supplies, tools, equipment, fuel, and vehicles, except as otherwise provided herein, required to perform mowing and cleaning services at the Rough River Lake project recreation and operational areas, as specified and in strict accordance with the Scope of Work. The Contractor’s performance and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all services are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and local laws and regulations. The IDIQ contract award will be based on Best Value to the Government. One firm fixed price award will be made from this Solicitation. An IDIQ contract provides for an indefinite quantity, within stated limits, of supplies or services during a fixed period. The Government places orders for individual requirements. The offeror shall complete in entirety the PRICE BREAKOUT SCHEDULE and BIDDER’S STATEMENT OF CONTRACT PERFORMANCE AND WORK EXPERIENCE.
