This Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) is established to provide Septic Tank Pumping and Portable Toilet Service for Nolin River Lake, on an “as-needed basis”, when requested by the authorized callers (as listed below). The BPA is effective from the date of award thru 31 October 2026. No individual call under this agreement shall exceed $2,500.00 authorized callers and $10,000.00 for Contracting Division. Septic tanks are located at Moutardier Recreation Area, Wax Recreation Area, Dog Creek Recreation Area, and at the Project Office. Vault Toilets are located at Iberia and Tailwater Recreation Areas. Generally tanks/vault toilets shall be pumped in quantities of 6 or more, however on some occasions it may be necessary to pump less than 6 tanks. Following a call, work shall start within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.
