LOCATION: DFAS Building 21 3990 E Broad St. Whitehall, OH 43213 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors (Size Standard $16.5M). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price proposal, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.
