AMENDMENT 0001 is being issued to add a Site Visit. This does not extend the submission date for proposals. See attached amendment for details. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District is issuing Request for Proposal (RFP) W912QR21R0010 for the Contractor to provide all labor, equipment, supplies and services as required for the replacement of Chiller #1 at Defense Finance and Accounting Service (DFAS) Building 21, located within the Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC), a Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) installation to result in a complete and useable facility. All demolition required to construct the project is included as part of the work of this Contract. The new chiller shall be compatible with the existing chilled water system control system, so that it may be controlled in the same manner as the existing chiller. The new chiller shall be integrated into the chilled water system, to include that hardware and software configurations for the new chiller shall be similar to that of the existing chiller. Once the installation is complete, the contractor shall start the chiller in accordance with the start-up instructions supplied by the manufacturer.
