The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to fill and seal pavement at Clarence J Brown Dam and Reservoir, Springfield, OH. This requirement also includes an option for Trail Asphalt Repair. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached Scope of Work and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. The contractor is required to provide flagging equipment to block traffic and signage for the public.
