This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to provide asphalt sealing, crack sealing, and striping activities for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Cagles Mill and Cecil M. Harden Lakes, IN in accordance with the attached Scope of Work. The Contractor’s services and responsibility shall include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications, and inspection necessary to assure that all service are conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 237310. The size standard is $9.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only.
