The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, and materials to supply and deliver Two-Component Epoxy Repair Compound for Miter and Quoin Block installation at Markland Locks and Dam as specified in the Price Breakout Schedule and Technical Specification. This specification covers the requirements for 100% solids, aluminum oxide filled, two-component epoxy repair compound and any chemical cleaners and release agents necessary to repair and/or rebuild steel surfaces. The epoxy repair compound will be used along the Ohio River.
