This is a Request for Quote (RFQ) for the contractor to secure towing of the crane barge Henry M. Shreve (contractor to provide all management, labor, supplies, materials, and equipment necessary to perform work outlined in the Scope of Work) for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, from Cannelton Locks and Dam to Olmsted Locks and Dam. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. The contract term shall be 60 calendar days from the date of notice to proceed. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS unrestricted. The NAICS code for this procurement is 483211. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
