This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the contractor to provide relocation services to the existing communication equipment cabinets to the new location (Brookville Lake) in Brookville, IN in accordance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW). All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms, clauses, and conditions incorporated herein. The contract term shall be 60 calendar days from the date of notice to award. NOTE: THIS RFQ IS 100% SET ASIDE FOR SMALL BUSINESS. The NAICS code for this procurement is 238210. The size standard is $16.5 Million. The solicitation will be available on the web only. Telephone and Fax requests for this solicitation will not be honored.
