This Request for Proposal (RFP) is for a contract to provide and install six (6) pumps and motors to replace the current chilled and hot water pumps and associated motors in DFAS Building 21A in accordance with the included Performance Work Statement. LOCATION: DFAS Building 21A 3990 E Broad St. Whitehall, OH 43213 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 238220, Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning Contractors (Size Standard $16.5M). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. One award will be made from this Solicitation. The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price proposal, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.
