The contractor shall furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary to perform removal and installation of new doors on the Dam Control Tower at Caesars Creek Lake. Prices should include labor, material and equipment. The contractor’s work and responsibility shall include all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials for one complete job. All work shall be performed in strict compliance with the attached Scope of Work (SOW) and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of Award and will conclude 90 calendar days after receiving the Award.
