DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR21B0015 for Construction Services to replace the roofing on Taylorsville Lake USACE Project Office, in Taylorsville, KY. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 238160 Roofing Contractors, which has a size standard of $16.5 million. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as 100% Set Aside for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Busines (SDVOSB). SELECTION PROCESS: This will be advertised as an Invitation For Bids (IFB) Bids will be evaluated based on the lowest total price.
