DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR21B0012 for installation of seven stone river dikes in the Ohio River. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 237990 Other Heavy and Civil Engineering Construction, which has a size standard of $39.5 million. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as Full and Open Competition. SELECTION PROCESS: The bids will be evaluated based on the lowest priced complete offer submitted. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions.
