Special Instructions The contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to provide new asphalt and striping in accordance with specifications below. Work will take place at Laurel Branch Recreation Area located in Breckinridge County, Kentucky. Work will begin within 14 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 30 calendar days after the NTP. LOCATION: DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Rough River Lake 14957 Falls of Rough RD Falls of Rough, KY 40119 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 237310 Highway, Street, and Bridge Construction ($39.5 Million). Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. One award will be made from this Solicitation. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.
