Special Instructions The contractor shall shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, parts, equipment, transportation, labor, supervision, communication, and quality control to complete the work listed below, at the areas specified, at Green River Lake, located in Taylor County, Kentucky. The expected periodof performance is 45 days from the date of award. LOCATION: DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Green River Lake 544 Lake Road Campbellsville, KY 42718 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 561730, Landscaping service (Size Standard: $8 Million). Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. One Firm Fix Price award will be made from this Solicitation. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation.
