Special Instructions The Contractor will furnish all labor, materials, tools and equipment necessary to perform resurfacing of existing paved area, and patching some previously paved areas before resurfacing as necessary to provide uniform resurfacing work at Green River Lake, Kentucky in accordance the . The Contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, measurements and estimates of quantities, administration, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 60 calendar days after the NTP. Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. One award will be made from this Solicitation.
