SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS This Request for Quote (RFQ) is for the renovation of the Atkinson-Griffin Log Cabin situated near the United States (US) Army Corps of Engineers Visitor Center at Green River Lake located in Campbellsville, Kentucky. The contractor will furnish all personnel, equipment, supplies and materials necessary. Prices shall include mobilization & de-mobilization, fuel, labor, material and equipment for the renovation. Location: U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Green River Lake 544 Lake Road Campbellsville, KY 42718 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 236220 ($39.5 Million). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the Contractor. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. The lowest Price is defined as the sum of the base and Option combined. One firm fixed-price Purchase Order will be awarded from this RFQ. In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete and submit the Representations and Certifications located within the solicitation. Quotes are due 14 September 2020, 10:00AM Eastern. Fax submittals will not be accepted. Electronic submittals will be accepted and shall be emailed to Gary Durham at Gary.d.durham@usace.army.mil.
