The Contractor shall furnish all materials, supplies, tools, equipment, and labor to perform the work identified in this scope. Replace existing windows at the following locations: Green River Lake Visitor Center and Green River Lake Maintenance Office located in Taylor County, Kentucky. The contractor’s work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. LOCATION: DEPARTMENT OF THE ARMY U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Green River Lake 544 Lake Road Campbellsville, KY 42718 This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 332321, metal window and door manufacturing. (Size Standard: 750 Employees). Method of Payment under this contract will be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to a commercial bank account specified by the contractor. Note: In addition to the completed price breakout schedule/price quote, the Offeror must complete their Representation and Certifications located in the solicitation. One award will be made from this Solicitation. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price to the Government. Quotes are due on 03 September 2020 at 10:00AM Eastern Time.
