The contractor shall provide a review of contractor certifications, compliance with regulations during abatement, air monitoring throughout the asbestos abatement and to provide a summary report including clearance certification for both Phase I and Phase II of the CARES Renovations and New Construction at VA Medical Center Canandaigua, NY project. This procurement is 100% set-aside for Small Business, NAICS 541380. Note: The contract award will be based on Lowest Price.
