The Contractor shall provide all labor and materials to fabricate, test, and deliver one (1) each hydraulic cylinders per the attached drawings and specifications herein to operate at Patoka Lake control tower. The new cylinder shall have upgrades including but not limited to modern seals, materials, and two each additional ports adjacent to and on the opposite side (180 degrees) of the hydraulic cylinders.
