Please see amendment for detailed specifics.*** Repair/Replace drive wheel, bearing and axle on Model 600SWJ wall crawler. 1. Contractor shall replace drive wheel, wheel bearing and axle on Cleveland Beacon model 600 SWJ sidewall travelling jib crane. 2. A site visit is recommended to establish precise measurements and develop a work plan. 3. A job plan should be included with bid for review to assure all safety guidelines are met 4. Prints below are what we have on file but winning bidder will be responsible for determining exact dimension of new parts. After installation, contractor must perform a 125% load test with weights or water bags in the presence of U.S. Army Corps of Engineers personnel and then, with assistance from Corps personnel shall perform an operational test: lifting the emergency bulkhead and placing it in slot. Scheduling of the load test and operational test must be coordinated with the POC noted above. The load test will require completion of a Critical Lift Plan as required by the USACE Safety Manual.
