DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District intends to issue an Invitation for Bid (IFB) W912QR20B0016 to construct two (2) pre-engineered metal storage buildings at the Olmsted Lock and Dam in Olmsted, IL. This project is not anticipated to contain options at this time. The Contract Duration is two hundred and seventy (270) calendar days from notice to proceed. Buildings shall be of permanent construction with post-tensioned concrete slab, pre-engineered structural steel frame, insulated metal roof and wall panels, insulated metal doors, insulated overhead sectional doors, and interior electrical systems. Building 1 includes a small area for conditioned storage at approximately 320 square feet.
