This project is not anticipated to contain options at this time. The Contract Duration is six hundred thirty (630) calendar days from notice to proceed. TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This IFB will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 237990. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be listed as a Full and Open procurement. SELECTION PROCESS: This is a sealed bid Part 14 Procurement. The bids will be evaluated based on the lowest priced complete offer submitted. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $10 Million and $25 Million, in accordance with DFARS 236.204.
