Special Instructions The contractor will furnish all personnel, tools, and equipment, necessary to construct sign frame with footers to install Corps provided, UNICOR made, "Danger Dam 1800 Ft. Ahead" sign on the Kentucky side of Cannelton Locks and Dam in Cannelton, IN. Prices should include mobilization & de-mobilization, transport of sign from Cannelton storage yard to site, fuel, labor, and any equipment needed. The contractor's work and responsibility will include all planning, programming, administration, management, supervision, communications and inspection necessary to assure that all work is conducted in accordance with the contract requirements and all applicable Federal, State and Local laws and regulations. All work will be performed in strict compliance with the attached specifications and all other terms and conditions incorporated herein. Work will begin within 10 calendar days of the Notice to Proceed (NTP) and will conclude 30 calendar days after the NTP.
