This solicitation is for award of an Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) Contract to conduct dive surveys for the presence/absence of mussels and other mussel-related information for the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Louisville Division Mission Boundaries. The solicitation contains an option clause to extend the contract for up to four (4) one year periods. This procurement is commercial item, and is 100% set aside for Small Businesses. The North American Industry Classification (NAICS) Code is 541370, with a small business size standard of $15M. The proposals will be evaluated based on the Best Value Trade-off Source Selection Process. This process requires potential offerors to submit their performance and capability information to be reviewed, evaluated, and rated by the Government. Proposals will be evaluated by the Government in accordance with the criteria listed in the solicitation.
