DESCRIPTION: The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Louisville District hereby issues this Invitation for Bids (IFB), solicitation number W912QR19B0005, for the Barren River Lake Control Tower Bridge Painting. The Contract Duration is ninety (90) calendar days from Notice to Proceed (NTP). TYPE OF CONTRACT AND NAICS: This Invitation For Bid (IFB) will be for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) contract. The North American Industrial Classification System Code (NAICS) for this effort is 238320. TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: This acquisition will be 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business (SDVOSB). SELECTION PROCESS: This is a sealed bid PART 14 procurement. The proposals will be evaluated based on lowest price submitted. DISCUSSIONS: The Government intends to award without discussions, but reserves the right to conduct discussion should it be deemed in the Government's best interest. CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUDE: The magnitude of this construction project is anticipated to be between $250,000 and $500,000, in accordance with DFARS 236.204.
